Many services provided by family physicians aren't covered by provincial health insurance plans. As the financial strains on family practices increase, properly managing uninsured services is crucial for the financial health of a clinic.


Until now family doctors in Canada have had very limited tools and supports necessary to successfully manage uninsured programs. SMYLS offers a multi-modal approach which incorporates patient-education, coaching for doctors and staff, along with a robust online solution for managing uninsured services and optimizing clinic revenue.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Success Manager to join our team. The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients.

Your role will include training clients and facilitating the adoption of and engagement with our solution.


 This individual will serve as on ongoing support for our clients and as the primary point of contact. Our customer success manager will ensure our clients are experiencing the full benefit of the SMYLS platform.


Responsibilities:


-Gain a strong knowledge of the SMYLS program and clinic best practices for clinics

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.

-Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a smooth transition onto the SMYLS.ca platform and providing necessary training and support.

-Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.

-Monitor client usage and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive client success and retention.

-Resolve client issues and escalations promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.

-Conduct regular check-ins and Q&A sessions with clients to gather feedback, share updates, and address concerns.


Qualifications:



Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, or in a service-related capacity.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
